01

Project review call

Bring the current website or process, the result you need, your budget range, and any deadline. We identify whether you need a new website, a customer or staff tool, AI help, marketing work, or a smaller repair.

02

Written quote and responsibilities

You receive the deliverables, price, payment schedule, timeline, review points, and exclusions. The quote also states who supplies copy, images, product details, legal text, account access, and approvals.

03

Pages, user tasks, and content plan

For a website, we organize customer questions, proof, services, and contact actions. For an app, we define who uses it and the first task they complete. For AI help, we agree on the approved information and decisions that require staff review.

04

Working reviews

You review working pages or product versions at agreed milestones. Testing covers phones, forms, customer actions, account access, common mistakes, and connections to the services your business uses.

05

Launch and handoff

We check customer forms, booking or checkout, mobile pages, business accounts, backups, and the main user tasks before signoff. The handoff records what your team controls and who handles support after launch.

Before development

What helps a project start well.

The result you need

Bring the customer question, sales problem, or staff task you need to improve. Examples include better service inquiries, client status updates, fewer spreadsheet approvals, or faster access to approved documents.

Access to the current website and business tools

Share the current site, business accounts, customer forms, content, paid services, and vendor contracts. Early access shows what can stay, what must move, and which outside vendor may limit the work.

One person responsible for decisions

Choose one client lead to collect feedback and approve content, design, features, and launch. Other staff can review, while one approval path prevents conflicting requests and missed deadlines.

After launch

Website support: A maintenance plan can cover updates, backups, repairs, content changes, speed, and stronger service pages.

Application support: Support can cover user problems, repairs, reliability, feedback, and the next release.

Marketing support: Follow-up work can improve Google visibility, service pages, customer proof, calls, forms, and bookings.

Process questions

How long does a website or web app project take?

A small website can move faster than a product with customer accounts, saved information, payments, and outside services. The proposal sets a schedule after we know the deliverables, content readiness, review team, vendor limits, and launch requirements.

Can the project be completed in phases?

Yes. Each phase should give customers or staff something useful. A website might launch with core services before a resource library. An app might launch with booking before reporting and reminders.

Who owns the website, application, and accounts?

The proposal and handoff state who controls the website or app, content, business accounts, customer information, paid services, and administrator access. We prefer business-owned accounts so your team can change providers later.

Start with the problem and the deadline.

Send the current website or process, the result you need, your budget range, and any deadline. We will identify a sensible first release.
